| [Performance and Characteristics] |
| 1. This emulsifier is easily soluble in water and has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. It is particularly suitable for producing various O/W type amino silicone oil (amine value 0.1~0.6) microemulsions. It offers easy operation, strong emulsifying power, and good emulsification and dispersion stability. It is currently the best-performing amino silicone oil emulsifier variety in the market. 2. AMM is suitable for low to medium viscosity silicone oils (viscosity ≤6000cp), while AMH is suitable for high viscosity silicone oils (viscosity ≤50000cp). |
| [Application] |
| Add the emulsifier and amino silicone oil into the emulsification kettle according to the required solid content: 10 parts emulsifier and 20 parts amino silicone oil. Stir and mix evenly. Add 0.15 parts acetic acid and 5 parts water, stir for 20~30 minutes. Then slowly add 20 parts water dropwise, stir for 30 minutes. Add another 20 parts water for dilution, stir for 10~20 minutes until a uniform emulsion is formed. Add 0.15 parts acetic acid to adjust the pH to between 5.5~6.0. Add 25 parts water for dilution, stir for 10~20 minutes until a uniform emulsion is formed. Sample and check the appearance as a transparent liquid. Filter and package. (For reference) |

| Packaged in 200Kg iron drums, 20Kg, and 50Kg plastic drums. Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life: two years. |
